TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Gridpunk mobile application, web version, ad-supported features, related websites, features, and online functionality (collectively, the “Application”), operated by Pandopa Office SRL (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
These Terms apply in addition to any applicable platform rules, including the rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, CrazyGames, and any applicable payment provider or checkout provider used for purchases. The Application may also include advertising, including rewarded ads and other ad-supported features, subject to your platform permissions, consent choices, and the availability of our advertising partners.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Application
You may use the Application only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Cheat, exploit bugs, abuse unintended mechanics, automate gameplay, use bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Circumvent security, access controls, integrity checks, anti-cheat systems, or technical protections
- Interfere with servers, matchmaking, chat systems, leaderboards, web platform integrations, or the normal operation of the Application
- Use the Application in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful manner
Cheating, exploiting, tampering with game systems, or gaining an unfair advantage may result in warnings, content removal, chat restrictions, suspension, or permanent banning of your account, with or without notice.
2. Accounts
Certain features of the Application may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You must provide accurate information where required and keep that information reasonably up to date.
You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access, account misuse, or other security incident involving your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, or specific account features, at our discretion, where reasonably necessary for security, operational, community-safety, or legal reasons.
3. User Content, Chat, and Community Rules
The Application may allow users to communicate with other players, including through global chat, private or party chat, usernames, profile content, reports, support messages, or similar user-generated content features (collectively, “User Content”).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and your interactions with other users.
You agree that you will not create, post, send, share, or otherwise make available any User Content that:
- Is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, or obscene
- Contains spam, scams, phishing, malicious links, deceptive promotions, or impersonation
- Promotes, glorifies, supports, recruits for, instructs on, or otherwise facilitates terrorism, extremist violence, or illegal organizations
- Encourages violence, self-harm, criminal activity, or the distribution of illegal goods or services
- Infringes the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights
- Contains malware, code, scripts, exploits, or content intended to disrupt the Application or other users
- Constitutes repeated unwanted messaging, flooding, disruptive behavior, or abuse of the chat system
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, filter, review, restrict, delete, or disable access to User Content, and we may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Reporting, Enforcement, and Moderation
The Application may include tools that allow users to report chat messages, usernames, player conduct, or other User Content. You may use those tools only in good faith.
We may review reports and take action that we consider appropriate, including:
- Removing or disabling access to specific content
- Issuing warnings
- Temporarily or permanently muting chat access
- Temporarily suspending access to the Application or certain features
- Permanently banning accounts
- Restricting access to specific services, features, or communities
We may act with or without prior notice where necessary to protect users, preserve service integrity, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law or lawful requests from public authorities.
Repeated or severe violations may result in escalated enforcement, including permanent account restrictions.
5. Moderation Notices and Appeals
Where appropriate, we may notify you when we take moderation action against your content, chat access, account, or other features of the Application.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may contact us using the contact details listed below to request a review. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of any decision.
We reserve the right to maintain, modify, or reverse moderation actions at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
6. Service Changes, Availability, and Live Operations
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, rebalance, patch, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Application, or any feature, content, mode, item, online functionality, event, matchmaking service, progression system, or platform integration, at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with all devices, browsers, regions, or operating system versions.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, browser limitations, platform outages, security events, and live-ops adjustments may affect access, features, progression, or the availability of online services.
7. Virtual Items, Currencies, and Purchases
The Application may include virtual items, in-game currencies, rewards, unlocks, cosmetics, battle passes, or other digital entitlements (collectively, “Virtual Items”), some of which may be obtained through gameplay, some through purchases, and some through optional rewarded advertising experiences.
Purchases may be processed by the applicable platform provider or payment provider, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Xsolla for eligible web purchases or web-based checkout flows. Additional terms, conditions, refund rules, payment methods, currencies, taxes, and platform policies may apply depending on the provider used.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred, traded, sold, or exchanged outside the Application unless we expressly allow it.
We may modify, replace, remove, rebalance, or discontinue Virtual Items, pricing, availability, or eligibility rules at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Push Notifications
By using the Application, you may receive push notifications relating to gameplay, account activity, events, promotions, updates, support, moderation, or service announcements.
You can disable push notifications through your device settings, although some important service or account-related communications may still be provided through in-game notices, inbox messages, or other channels.
9. Device Security and Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your own software environment.
We strongly advise against using rooted, jailbroken, modified, or otherwise insecure devices, browsers, or systems. Doing so may:
- Compromise device or account security
- Increase the risk of unauthorized access or data loss
- Cause the Application to malfunction
- Prevent access to certain features
- Result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of your account
We may use device, integrity, security, and anti-abuse checks to protect the Application, its users, and our services.
10. Internet and Data Usage
Some or all features of the Application require an active internet connection and may consume mobile data or depend on browser functionality and third-party web platform services.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- Loss of functionality due to no internet access, weak signal, latency, browser limitations, or device limitations
- Mobile data, roaming, carrier, or other third-party charges incurred by you
- Service interruptions caused by network providers, hosting providers, app stores, web platforms, payment providers, or other third parties
If you are not the bill payer for the device or account used to access the Application, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use it.
11. Third-Party Services
The Application may use, integrate with, or depend on third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, ad networks, hosting providers, payment processors, checkout providers, or platform services that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
These may include, without limitation:
- Unity
- PlayFab
- Photon Fusion
- Photon Chat
- CrazyGames
- Xsolla
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Unity Analytics
- Kochava
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
- Meta Ads
- AppLovin
- Unity Ads
- ironSource
- Mintegral
- Other Google AdMob mediation partners where applicable
We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, except as required by applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its software, code, design, artwork, graphics, names, logos, gameplay systems, text, audio, video, databases, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Application under these Terms, no rights, title, or interest in the Application or its content are transferred to you.
13. Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other input regarding the Application (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use, disclose, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit that Feedback for any purpose, without restriction, obligation, or compensation to you.
14. Privacy, Safety, and Records
To operate the Application, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, respond to reports, protect users, maintain security, process purchases, verify transactions, deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations, we may process information relating to your use of the Application, including account identifiers, gameplay data, device-related data, browser-related data, advertising identifiers or similar ad-related technical identifiers where available, consent-status data, chat records, reports, moderation actions, transaction-related data, ad-delivery and ad-measurement data, and related metadata, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may retain such information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, enforcement, and legal compliance.

15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application, your account, your chat privileges, or any part of the service, at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that:
- You violated these Terms
- You engaged in cheating, abuse, fraud, harmful conduct, ad-related abuse, or payment-related misuse
- Your use creates legal, security, operational, or community-safety risks
- We are required or advised to do so for legal or compliance reasons
Upon termination or suspension:
- Your right to use the affected parts of the Application ends immediately
- You must stop using any affected services or features
- We may delete, restrict, or preserve associated data as permitted or required by law
16. Disclaimers
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Application, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Application
- Errors, bugs, outages, maintenance, platform interruptions, browser issues, or service interruptions
- Changes to gameplay, balance, events, progression, or Virtual Items
- Enforcement of anti-cheat, security, moderation, fraud-prevention, or compliance measures
- Third-party services, payment providers, devices, networks, or platform actions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, legal requirements, our business practices, platform integrations, payment arrangements, or user safety needs.
Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Application after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
