We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor / Content Creator who understands games, internet culture, memes, and short-form content.
Important: we care much more about your creative eye, editing sense, and understanding of gaming / internet culture than a formal CV.
We have a multiplayer action game and want to create high-performing ad creatives from our gameplay footage for platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and other social / media channels.
If you know how to turn gameplay into content that people actually want to watch, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
What This Role Is About
This role is for someone who can take raw in-game footage and turn it into content that feels:
- Funny
- Fast-paced
- Meme-aware
- Attention-grabbing
- Made for today’s short-form audience
What You’ll Do
- Create new ad concepts, hooks, and content ideas based on our gameplay footage
- Edit raw gameplay footage into short-form videos and ad creatives
- Create multiple variations of the same concept (different hooks, pacing, intros, punchlines)
- Turn in-game moments into content that feels engaging, funny, and highly watchable
- Use memes, trends, pacing, zooms, cuts, sound timing, and visual storytelling to improve performance
- Help us test different creative angles for user acquisition and social content
What We’re Looking For
- Strong video editing skills for short-form content
- Good understanding of gaming
- Strong feel for memes, internet humor, and modern social content
- Ability to make content that feels natural on TikTok / Reels / Shorts
- Good instinct for pacing, hooks, retention, and what makes people keep watching
- Comfortable working from existing footage and finding the best moments
- Comfortable using AI tools for video, audio, voice, cleanup, or creative production support
Bonus: experience with mobile game ads, UGC-style ads, or performance creatives.
Big Plus If You Have
- Edited gaming clips, trailers, or ads before
- Played competitive games and actively watched gaming streamers / gaming content
- Worked on TikTok / Meta / YouTube Shorts creatives
- Experience making content for paid ads, not just entertainment
- Can bring your own creative ideas, not just follow instructions

Romania-based candidates preferred, but we’re open to strong talent from elsewhere too.
